- Notes:
- Mash at 150 F for 60 minutes. Sparge with 175 F water to create enough wort to reach 5.5 gallons after the boil. Boil and add hops according to schedule. Chill to 68 F and pitch yeast. Ferment at 68 F for 10 days before bottling. Extract version: Steep 1 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine at 155 F. Replace pale malt, vienna malt, and crystal malt with 5 lbs Extra Light Dry Malt Extract and boil according to directions.
